Choosing a class
The age recommendations outlined are carefully constructed to enable children to participate in a developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child is at leas the minimum age by the start of term for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have any concerns about your child’s participation in a particular class, we are more than happy to discuss your child’s needs and work with you to place them in the appropriate class. Your teacher will recognise the clear characteristics that your child will exhibit when they are ready to transfer to the next curriculum.
 Register Early
Although it is possible to join our classes at any time, we urge you to register early as class sizes are limited and can fill up very quickly. Please try to register at least 3 weeks before start of term; this will ensure your space is reserved and that you will have your “At Home” materials for the first lesson. If you do join us mid way through the term, tuition fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
Payment Terms
For your convenience we offer these payment options:
1) Termly payment in full at time of registration – a 10% off tuition discount will apply
2) 50% deposit, with the balance due by first lesson
3) Payment for 4 classes at time of registration, followed by weekly payments for tuition.
4) Termly fee divided into 4: payment of 4 post dated cheques .

A registration form and payment/deposit must be received before enrolment can be confirmed. You will receive confirmation on clearing of payment. We aim to send confirmation and details of what to expect at your first class within two weeks of receipt of payment.
Discounts
Discounts for Termly payment in full: 10% off tuition
Discount for siblings: 10% off tuition per child plus discounted “At Home” sibling materials if sibling is in the same curriculum group.
Family Time classes: full price for first child, 25% discount for second child. The At Home materials are designed for one per family.
Refunds
Tuition fees can not normally be refunded as your place in a class can not normally be filled once you have registered. Requests for refunds will be considered on an individual basis and subject to an administration charge.

Rescheduled classes
In the event of teacher illness classes will be rescheduled. You will be notified of cancellation and rescheduled classes. In the event of being unable to reschedule we will refund your class fee for that week.
Non-enrolled siblings
We want you and your child to take a full and active part in our classes so we are only able to accommodate siblings if they are young enough to stay contented in a car seat or pushchair without disrupting the lesson.
